TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) I hereby authorize "CIR" to perform repair work on my smartphone/tablet; 

2) I understand that in some cases my data cannot be saved and that "CIR" cannot be held liable for the loss, alteration or corruption of my data; 

3) I understand that hardware failure can occur anytime and that "CIR" cannot be held liable for any hardware failure that may occur; 

4) I understand that drops, excessive drops, corrosion, moisture exposure to my smartphone/tablet will and could cause irreversible damages to the motherboard regardless of a successful repair and hereby authorize CIR to proceed with the repairs and will not hold CIR liable for any future possible malfunctions of my smartphone/tablet due to previous drops, corrosion, moisture exposure to my smartphone/tablet; 

5) I understand that in some cases repairs done to my hardware may void the manufacturer's warranty and that "CIR' is not liable for voided warranties; 

6) I understand that if I do not pick up my smartphone/tablet within 30 days of the drop off date I forefeit the items listed below to cover the cost of services performed by "CIR";

7) 30 Day Warranty: All repair services and parts are covered for 30 days after the customer's pick up date. This limited warranty does not cover water damaged related repairs. It also does not cover any breakage of water damages incurred to devices after customers pick up date. WARRANTY does not apply to pre-existing defects not repaired by the Company or defects resulting from any action of the customer, including but not limited to mishandling, physical damage, water damage, improper repair by someone other than CIR. Warranty is VOID if device shows evidence of having been tampered with, excessive drops, corrosion, heat & moisture exposure, water damage motherboard and is not covered under this warranty; 

8) Limitation of Liability: Repair of replacement of your product as provided herein is your exclusive remedy. CIR shall not be liable to any special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to lost revenues, lost profits, rental of replacement equipment, downtime, third party claims arising out of any theory of recovery including warranty, contract, statutory or tort. Notwithstanding the term of any warranty implied by law or in the event that any warranty fails of its essential purpose, in no event will company's entire liability exceed purchase price of this product.
