Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspection, testing, and repair of smartphone and table devices.

• Accurately document repairs and parts information on repair tracking documents and work orders.

• Perform high quality repairs and refurbishment of electronic devices.

• Monitor parts inventories and inform management of status.

• Dismantle old electronic devices for parts and recycling.

• Interact with customers as needed, providing exceptional customer service.

• Keeps work area clean and sterile.

• Performs other duties as required by management, including cleaning of work areas, bathrooms and office environment.

• Must be able to work flexible and varied hours.
